Home Health Services

Alliance Family Services, Inc. is licensed to provide Home Health Services Home Health Services are utilized by people who:

Have a disability
Need assistance with daily living activities
Are recovering from surgery or an injury and are healing at home
Are unable to care for themselves completely and do not want to live in a facility
Have been put on bed rest

Our caregivers provide services to clients in their own homes. The goal of our program is to assist clients to prevent unnecessary hospital or residential placement, achieve the greatest degree of independence possible, enhance quality of life, encourage individual choice, and maintain community integration.

Home health services include:

Skilled Nursing Services
Personal Hygiene
Medication Assistance
Meal Preparation
Feeding Assistance
Household Services
Accompanying the client to medical appointments
Shopping for groceries or other household items
Independence Training

An experienced Registered Nurse assesses each client, creates the individualized treatment plan, and supervises all services.
